A traffic accident has left one man dead and three others seriously injured after their car left the road and ended up in a field.
The incident occurred in the early hours of November 5th near Stafford, killing one man and leaving another man and two women, believed to be in their late teens and early-20s, with serious head injuries.
According to the West Midland Ambulance Service, the fatally injured passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesman from the service said: "A man who was travelling in the car had suffered serious injuries, and unfortunately, despite the best efforts of ambulance crews, nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed dead at the scene."
This traffic accident occurred shortly after a female motorist died following a car crash involving a road sign on Thursday, November 4th.
The woman, from Nottingham, had to be cut free from the wreckage and was taken to hospital where she later died.
