North-east construction event focuses on accident claimsRSS Feed
A health and safety event aimed at construction firms in the north-east could help to raise awareness about the risk of accident claims.
The Construction Working Well Together event will take place on April 28th at the Wynyard Rooms in Billingham.
Two identical half-day sessions are running on the same day, each one being priced at £25 per manager, with an accompanying operative able to tag along free of charge.
Those not attending the half-day events may instead be interested in visiting an exhibition at the same venue, for which there is no entrance fee.
Interested parties are advised to gain more information from the Working Well Together website, which provides booking details.
The Working Well Together campaign aims to improve health and safety in the construction industry, particularly among smaller firms, through a network of advisory and support groups as well as a series of regular events around the country.
